The Glow Network

A small network of independent Australian editorial sites.

Glow is part of a tightly-held group of category-leading publications and brands. Separately edited. Independently ranked. Connected by a single editorial standard: no paid placements, no pay-for-play, no exceptions.

Each title in the network operates with full editorial independence. We do not coordinate rankings, do not share commercial relationships, and do not promote one another's coverage in exchange for traffic. What we do share is a single methodology — documented here — and a refusal to publish work that's been bought.

If you're a reader, this is a useful map of where to go for what. If you're a journalist or partner, the contact details for each publication are below. If you're a brand, all four titles operate the same wall between commerce and content.

Glow

glow.com.au

Australia's beauty review publication. Skincare, makeup, hair, tan, devices and wellness — independently ranked by 12 named editors. 510+ products tested. 200+ salons rated across 10 cities.

The flagship of the network, and the title most often cited in Australian and international beauty press. Coverage spans long-form ingredient explainers, comparative reviews, and the annual Glow 100.

Peptide Reviews

peptidereviews.com.au

Independent reviews of peptides, longevity protocols, and research-backed compounds. Categories span fat loss, muscle, cognitive, healing, and longevity stacks — every protocol cross-referenced with primary research.

Where Glow ends (topical skincare, salons, beauty culture), Peptide Reviews begins (subcutaneous and oral compounds, clinical research, protocol design). Sister publication, separate editorial team.

Tattoo Advisor

tattooadvisor.com.au

Australia's tattoo studio directory and matchmaking platform. Best Salons by city, artist matching, removal guides, aftercare protocols, and a Try It On visualiser for previewing work before booking.

Adjacent to Glow's Guide coverage of clinics and skin specialists. Where someone is choosing aesthetic work — including pre- and post-care skincare — the two titles cross-refer.

Australian Glow

australianglow.com

The self-tan brand reviewed in our archives. Stocked at Priceline, Big W, Revolve, Nordstrom and Amazon. Disclosed clearly: Glow's editor is involved in the brand's ownership, which is why the review of Australian Glow on this site is written and edited by an independent member of the Glow team — not the founder.

This is the only brand in our archive with such a relationship, and our disclosure policy covers it explicitly. We rank Australian Glow on the same scoring rubric as every other tan we review.

How the network operates

Editorial independence
Each publication has its own editor and its own ranking criteria. No site in the network can request that another site cover, rank, or feature anything.
No paid placements anywhere
Every title in the network publishes its affiliate disclosure publicly. No money changes hands for coverage on any of the editorial sites.
One disclosed exception
Australian Glow is a brand owned in part by a Glow editor. The review of Australian Glow on Glow is written by an independent member of the editorial team, scored on the same rubric as every other product, and the relationship is disclosed at the top of the page.
Shared methodology, separate teams
Glow, Peptide Reviews and Tattoo Advisor all use the same five-pillar scoring framework. The rubric is public — read it here.
