Corrections policy.
GLOW publishes opinions, but our facts have to be right. Here's how we fix them when they aren't.
GLOW is an independent Australian review platform. Our rankings are editorial judgements, but they rest on facts, prices, formats, ingredients and availability, and those facts must be accurate. When we get one wrong, we correct it openly.
What we correct
- Factual errors — a wrong ingredient, format, brand detail, retailer or availability claim.
- Prices — recommended retail prices move constantly. We mark prices as indicative and update them when we're told they're out of date. Always confirm the current price with the retailer before buying.
- Scores and rankings — if new information materially changes how a product performs against the GLOW Standard, we re-score it and update its position. Significant score changes are noted on the page.
How corrections appear
Minor factual fixes are made in place. Where a correction changes a published score, ranking or a substantive claim, we add a dated note so readers can see what changed and when. We do not silently delete a review to make a mistake disappear.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Corrections that affect a score or ranking are prioritised, and we aim to respond within a few business days. You can also reach us via our contact page.
Independence
A correction request from a brand is treated the same as one from a reader: we check the facts and fix what's wrong, but a brand cannot use a correction to obtain a more favourable ranking. See our affiliate disclosure and editorial standards.
