About Glow · Disclosures

Disclosures.

How Glow handles commercial relationships, affiliate revenue, conflicts of interest, and corrections. Every claim here is reflected on individual page disclosures where relevant.

Paid placement.

Glow does not accept payment for editorial placement, score, ranking, featuring, or coverage under any product or clinic name. Any future paid arrangements will be labelled clearly as such (for example, "Featured Partner" or "Sponsored") and segregated from editorial.

Affiliate revenue.

Some product links earn Glow a commission when readers purchase via the linked retailer. Affiliate revenue is capped at a single-retailer share defined in The Glow Standard, and is never tied to score, rank, or featuring. We disclose affiliate participation in the disclosure bar on every product review page.

Sample acquisition.

Graded product reviews use units acquired at retail. Glow does not accept PR samples for graded reviews. PR-acquired products may be discussed in editorial commentary (Confessions, Field Notes, opinion essays) but are not eligible for the Glow Score until a retail unit has been re-tested under the standard protocol.

Clinic features.

Cosmetic-medicine clinic features are selected editorially against a published nine-point framework (see Review Methodology). Where a clinic has any commercial relationship with Glow, this is disclosed on the page in plain English and the editorial label switches from "Glow Recommended" or "Featured Clinic" to "Featured Partner". The wording on the page is the contract.

Editor disclosable interests.

Every Glow editor publishes a list of disclosable interests on their author page. Where an editor has a conflict relevant to a specific review (employment, equity, family relationship, sample receipt outside protocol), they recuse from that review. The recusal is noted on the affected page.

The conflict register.

Glow maintains a public conflict register, updated quarterly and audited annually. The register lists active or recent commercial relationships, editor disclosable interests, and any recusals applied to recent coverage.

Corrections.

Submit correction requests to [email protected]. Material corrections are logged on the affected page with a dated correction notice; the underlying claim is amended only after independent re-verification. Glow does not delete published claims — we correct them.
