Inside Liberty Belle Skin Centre — clinic interior, Melbourne

The clinic

A consultation-led cosmetic skin clinic, run narrow on purpose.

Most non-surgical cosmetic clinics in Melbourne don't have a doctor-founder. Liberty Belle does. The clinic was founded in 2008 by Dr Chris Moss and Andrea Moss as a response to advancing non-surgical cosmetic technologies, and operates from a sprawling Toorak Road compound a few hundred metres east of Toorak Village.

Liberty Belle operates one Melbourne location. The address is 504–506 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142 — a few hundred metres east of Toorak Village, with on-site car parking and Number 58 tram access from the CBD. The compound was purchased and developed in 2008 by founders Dr Chris Moss and Andrea Moss.

The clinic is doctor-founded. Dr Chris Moss has been in medical practice since 1988 and worked in non-surgical cosmetic and anti-ageing treatment since 1999. All practitioners are AHPRA-registered. The consultation model is the entry point for all services: a private appointment with an AHPRA-registered practitioner, who assesses suitability and discusses any treatment pathway that may be appropriate. The Glow does not provide medical advice.

What we couldn't verify in time for opening this profile: we have not yet matched named practitioners to AHPRA registration numbers, and we have not yet visited the clinic in person. The Glow Score here is provisional pending that work.
