The result is a range where every product feels like it solves a specific styling problem, not a marketing brief. Dallas was built by Garren as the bigger-hair thickening spray. Television Perfect Hair was built as the shampoo that delivers TV-commercial gloss without weight.
The packaging — vintage-postcard graphics, oversized typography, no influencer faces — is part of the appeal. Acquired by KKR-backed Luxury Brand Partners. R+Co Bleu, the more luxurious sibling line, launched in 2019. MECCA is the Australian channel.
