Editorial standards I work to.
Every byline I sign is held to The Glow Standard, the publication's published methodology. The Standard's core commitments, no paid placement, a five-axis rubric for product reviews, a nine-point framework for clinic features, and a published conflict register, apply to my work without exception.
As Editor-in-Chief I am responsible for the commercial firewall. No brand, retailer, agency or PR firm sees a Glow score before it publishes. No commercial team member sits in editorial meetings. Affiliate revenue is capped at a single-retailer share defined in The Standard and is never tied to score or ranking.
Every annual edit, every Glow 100 entry, and every category framework is signed off under my byline. Read the Review Methodology for the full editorial protocol.
Disclosable interests
Holds no equity in any beauty brand reviewed on The Glow. Any personal or commercial relationship that arises is declared in writing under The Glow Standard and disclosed at the top of the affected article. Specific disclosures available on request at [email protected].
