Jackson founded Glow in 2014 from a Surry Hills walk-up after twelve months of frustration trying to find a single trustworthy Australian beauty review. The publication began as a single-author newsletter to 400 subscribers and now reaches 80,000 Australians monthly. Jackson sets editorial direction, runs the firewall between commercial and editorial, and writes the founder's column from the front page of every quarterly Glow Index report.
Jackson is the founder of Glow, which owns Glow. He is also a co-founder and shareholder of Australian Glow and Dr Pickles. Reviews of those brands are conducted by other editors, scored to a stricter threshold, and published without Jackson's pre-read. See How We Review.
